Deliveries

All orders are sent via Australia Express Postal Service

When purchasing using our Cheque or Money Order facility your order will dispatch upon bank clearance of funds, which usually takes 3-5 working days after receiving your payment. Please add this time to our delivery time frames as stated above.

When Purchasing using our direct deposit facility, your order will be prossed upon receipt of funds and bank clearance which usually takes 2-3 working days. Please add this time to our delivery time frames.


Postage & Handling
For all payments, postage within Australia add $7.00 per order, sent via Express Post.
Free postage for any orders over $200.00

Our Exchange Policy
Conditions of our ‘Exchange Policy’, as follows:
For any items or garments which do not fit properly we will exchange the garments providing that:
- The garment is returned within 7 days of receiving it.
- The garment labels are still attached to the garment
- The garment has not been worn (except to try the garment on for size)
- The garment has not been damaged or soiled
- The garment has not been altered by you in any way
- The returned item is accompanied by the original receipt
- The item is returned to us in it’s or original, undamaged packaging.

We will do our best to exchange your item for the correct size in the same style, subject to stock availability. Where we can not supply identical style we will offer an exchange of another item of the customer’s choice for the same value.

Postage charges when returning goods are the responsibility of the purchaser.


Gift Certificate or Promotional Code

When paying with a gift certificate or promotional code you will need to enter the code upon check out. 


Important Information

No Refunds given for any item.

Please note, when purchasing any Cosmetics, Adult Novelties & Jewellery we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Should there be a delay in getting an item shipped out to the customer, due to delays with the product from the wholesaler, Think Pink Lingerie will offer a choice of purchasing another item, provided it is of the same sale value.
No refunds are given.
